Work Schedule

• IST:

  11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

• Work Days:

  6 days a week

• Supporting

  Surrey, BC (Pacific time zone)

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain and analyze

  case data

  (status, timelines, aging, SLAs)
• Track end-to-end workflows for

  all cases

• Build and manage

  Excel-based dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers

• Ensure data accuracy across

  CRMs, trackers, and internal systems

• Provide timely insights to support decision-making for Canada-based teams
• Propose and implement

  process improvements

  for smooth and efficient workflows
• Standardize SOPs and operational documentation for scalability and consistency

Marketing & Lead Reporting

• Track

  marketing leads

  from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, campaigns, forms, ads)
• Prepare

  daily / weekly / monthly lead performance reports

• Monitor lead funnel:

  Inquiry → Consultation → Conversion

• Coordinate with marketing team to validate data and improve conversions
• Build dashboards for

  lead volume, source performance, and ROI

Automation (Social Media + Other Software)

• Manage and optimize

  Social media automation

  for lead follow-ups, reminders, and updates
• Design and implement

  automation across multiple software platforms

• Integrate CRM, marketing tools, forms, email systems, and reporting workflows
• Use tools such as

  Zapier, Make, APIs, or native integrations

• Reduce manual effort by automating data flow, alerts, and reporting
• Maintain automation documentation and logic

Team Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate across

  internal teams

  to ensure timely task completion
• Track task progress and

  follow up with stakeholders

  to ensure accountability
• Facilitate effective

  communication and collaboration

  between operations, marketing, and management teams
• Act as a central point for

  status tracking and escalation

Required Skills

Excel & Reporting (Must-Have):

• Advanced Excel formulas (XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)
• Pivot Tables & Charts
• Conditional formatting & data validation
• Power Query / basic Macros (preferred)



Operations & Coordination:

• Strong process management mindset
• Excellent follow-up and ownership skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years

  experience in:
• Immigration Operations
• MIS / Reporting / Operations Analytics
• Marketing Ops / Automation
• Experience with immigration CRMs or case tools is a plus

Compensation

• ₹6 – ₹9 LPA

  , based on experience & automation depth
