Immigration Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Immigration team with day-to-day documentation and case coordination
  • Maintain and update immigration records accurately in internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle emails, data entry, and document management efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and timelines
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, email, internet tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Willingness to work on-site from the Shaikpet office
