Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Use job boards, social media, and internal databases to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for active and future roles.

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and handle candidate follow-ups.

Recruitment Operations & Data Management

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.

Candidate Experience

• Engage with potential candidates on social media and networking platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide insights on talent market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

  0-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
