Job Title IB MYP Chemistry Teacher - Jaipur - Non Residential School Job Location: Jaipur, India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging chemistry curricula aligned with the IB MYP framework. Plan and conduct interactive lessons that promote inquiry-based learning. Facilitate hands-on laboratory experiments to enhance practical understanding of chemical concepts. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and assignments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary approaches. Prepare students for internal and external assessments. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and IB changes. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Manage classroom behavior and promote respect and integrity among students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Engage with parents and the community to promote school initiatives. Contribute to school-wide activities and events. Provide support and mentorship to students outside of classroom hours. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Teaching certification or licensure in secondary education. Experience teaching the IB MYP curriculum or similar educational frameworks. Strong understanding of chemistry principles and experimental methodologies. Proven ability to engage students and foster a love for learning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in using technology to enhance learning. Commitment to continuous professional development. Strong organizational and time management skills.
