Description
You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing BOQs, planning material, and coordinating procurement for projects. - Managing project and service teams, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and motivating performance. - Outsourcing, aligning, and managing vendors and contractors for project execution and after-sales service. - Overseeing installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration units and cold storage systems (Freon/Ammonia). - Conducting engineering drawing reviews, system testing, and problem-solving at client sites. - Preparing detailed project plans including site feasibility, team deployment, travel, and accommodation arrangements. - Ensuring multiple project handling with high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction. - Leading service operations (AMC & paid services), ensuring timely resolution of client issues. - Developing SOPs for service activities and ensuring safety compliance on all projects. - Driving revenue generation through project execution and service delivery. - Collaborating with sales and technical teams for a smooth transition from sales to execution. - Identifying and developing vendor networks across India for projects and after-sales services. - Providing technical support to project/service teams during execution at sites. - Planning, training, and onboarding new team members to strengthen project and service capability. Qualifications required: - B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent Additionally, you will be working in a company based in Jaipur that specializes in innovative engineering solutions and offers high-quality services in HVAC, cold room systems, chemical applications, and service projects.
