HVAC Supervisor

As an HVAC Supervisor, your role involves providing technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems, ensure routine preventative maintenance checks are completed, and respond immediately to emergency facility maintenance requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and support customer project requirements, ensure accurate data capture on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms, and manage and assign work orders to technicians. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics - Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC/R systems - Ensuring routine preventative maintenance checks are completed - Responding immediately to emergency facility maintenance requirements - Coordinating and supporting customer project requirements - Ensuring accurate data capture on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms - Managing and assigning work orders to technicians - Ensuring safety and compliance with safety standards - Providing orientation and training on safety procedures - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements - Managing and motivating a team of HVAC technicians - Evaluating performance of team members - Providing training and development opportunities - Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in HVAC/R systems troubleshooting and maintenance - Ability to provide technical guidance and supervision - Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations - Experience managing a team of technicians - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills As an HVAC Supervisor, your role involves providing technical guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians and mechanics.
