HVAC Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of central air conditioning systems in a commercial high-rise building. Your role will involve supervising daily operations, managing technicians, and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units. - Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal HVAC performance. - Manage and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and pump systems. - Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment is carried out efficiently. - Maintain logs, service reports, and compliance documentation. - Coordinate with the facility management team for smooth functioning and timely issue resolution. - Guide and lead the technician team in day-to-day tasks and ensure safety and operational standards are met. Qualification Required: - Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning specialization preferred) Additional Company Details: Apply ONLY if you are available for a face-to-face interview.
