Role & responsibilities Conduct on-site pump health assessments using iPUMPNET and other diagnostic tools. Analyze performance data to identify early signs of failure, inefficiencies, and potential risks. Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. Collaborate with clients maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions. Prepare detailed technical reports, root cause analyses, and reliability improvement plans. Provide client training and support during and post-installation of monitoring systems. Act as the technical liaison between the client site and our internal product/engineering team. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or related fields. 3-7 years of experience in pump systems , reliability engineering , or condition monitoring . Hands-on knowledge of rotating equipment, vibration analysis, thermography, and flow systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel anywhere Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Familiarity with IIoT platforms or SCADA systems is a plus. Preference will be given to immediate joiners only.
