HVAC Site Engineer

Project Lifecycle Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and are profitable, while also maintaining a positive cash flow. Quality Assurance & Site Supervision: Oversee the quality of installations at project sites, supervising activities such as ducting, insulation, copper piping, drain piping, electrical work, fabrication, and the installation of DX/VRF/Chillers/Pumps/TFA and all applicable units/materials. Ensure smooth coordination with OEMs throughout this process. Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain seamless coordination with all agencies working on site, including clients, consultants, PMCs, and architects. Resource Mobilization & Planning: Effectively mobilize available resources to strive for on-time project completion and conduct manpower planning based on workload. Equipment Testing: Responsible for testing equipment performance against design and specifications. Safety & Compliance: Ensure and implement safe work practices at all project sites and ensure compliance with labor laws. Material Management & Billing: Manage material requirements based on site conditions, maintain accurate accounting of supplied, installed, and remaining quantities, and ensure timely billing as per contractual terms, including payment collection and follow-ups for bill certification. Continuous Improvement & Handover: Constantly upgrade knowledge of the latest developments in the construction and HVAC industry, focusing on technology, equipment, components, and BMS. Also ensure smooth project handovers, complete with all necessary documentation, drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, and certificates. Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize overall customer satisfaction and continuously strive to improve the customer satisfaction index. Technical Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of central air conditioning equipment such as chillers, pumps, compressors, AHUs, ducting, design, filters, operational parameters, and Green Building Concepts.
