Job Description

Job Title: Project HVAC Sales Engineer/Manager

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Department: Sales

Reports To: Directors

Job Summary:

The Project HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying,

developing, and maintaining customer relationships in the HVAC sector. The role involves

technical consultation, proposal preparation, and project management to ensure customer

satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

* Identify potential clients and projects in the HVAC industry.

* Generate and follow up on sales leads, including site visits and meetings.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and

end-users.

2. Project Management:

* Oversee HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely

execution and customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, procurement, and service, to

ensure smooth project implementation.

3. Technical Consultation:

* Provide clients with technical solutions, addressing their specific HVAC needs.

* Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend appropriate systems

and services.

4. Proposal Preparation:

* Prepare detailed sales proposals, including system design, cost estimation,

and technical specifications.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales within the company’s pricing and

profitability guidelines.

5. Market Research and Reporting:

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new HVAC

technologies.

* Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a

related field.

* Experience: 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or project management.

* Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation

processes.

* Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship

management skills.

* Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client

meetings and site visits.

* Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

* Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

* Timely execution and delivery of HVAC projects.

* Quality and accuracy of technical proposals.

Pay: ₹30,933.22 - ₹50,215.27 per month
