Job Description

  1. Identify and prospect potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients, to generate new sales leads.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing opportunities for repeat business.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate air conditioning products and solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.
  6. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely project estimations, including equipment sizing and system design.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position and differentiate the company's offerings.
  8. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, regularly monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software or other designated tools.
  10. Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  11. Partner with all Koolmart team members on Inquiry Sheet status.
  12. Custodian of Inquiry Sheet management - keep track of inquiries inputted by Koolmart team members and update on status of each inquiry post submission of quote. (All queries relating to this to be handled by Relevant Team).
  13. Looking after bidding process & BOQ cost estimation.
  14. Preparation of equipment scheme as per design, tender BOQ and cost estimation of design engineering of VRV/VRF.
  15. Pre& post qualification of bids, technical & commercial evaluation of bid documents.
  16. Send RFQ to respective vendor and collect the quotation of equipment's.
  17. Preparation & submission of Technical & commercial offer to client.

Planning of procurement with respect to site requirements, logistics & distribution of materials in partnership with store manager
