HVAC Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and

industrial HVAC sectors.

 Conduct site visits, analyze customer needs, and provide appropriate HVAC

solutions.

 Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients and consultants.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, architects,

and key decision-makers.

 Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and project execution teams to ensure

alignment and client satisfaction.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

 Provide post-sales technical support and help manage key accounts.

 Achieve sales targets, prepare forecasts, and submit regular sales reports to

management.

Required Qualifications:

 Minimum Qualification: B.Tech

 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales or technical support.

 Deep understanding of HVAC products such as chillers, AHUs, AWUs, Ventilation

systems etc.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC drawings and specifications.

 Familiarity with local HVAC codes, standards, and energy efficiency requirements.

 Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

 Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
