Overview: We are seeking for a dynamic HVAC Project Engineer, to join our team. As a fresh graduate, this role provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the HVAC industry by contributing to the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across a variety of projects, guided by senior engineers and gain hands-on experience. Key role in ensuring that HVAC systems are efficient, cost-effective, and meet client requirements, all while adhering to industry standards and building codes. Key Responsibilities: HVAC System Commissioning Assist in the commissioning of HVAC systems (Air Handling Units, Ducting, Chillers, etc.), ensuring correct setup and performance verification. Joint Measurement Record (JMR) Preparation Collaborate with the site team and client representatives to prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMRs) for completed work, verifying quantities and ensuring accuracy. Billing & Invoicing Support Assist in preparing and submitting measurement-based invoices (running or final bills) by working with the accounting team, following up on bill approvals, and maintaining accurate records. Client Email Communication Draft and respond to professional emails related to project progress, billing updates, JMR, and any client queries, ensuring prompt communication and resolving issues efficiently. Site Supervision Assistance Support senior engineers in site supervision, ensuring that work is executed as per specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Material Tracking & Inventory Management Assist in tracking materials required for HVAC systems, ensuring the timely availability of materials and coordination with suppliers. Quality Assurance and Control Support the quality control process by conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring corrective actions are taken for all HVAC installations. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work reports, JMRs, material receipts, and correspondence, ensuring documentation is up-to-date for client and internal use. Assist in Project Scheduling Help in maintaining and updating project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project delivery. Coordination with Consultants & Contractors Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and the client for project updates, clarifications, and approvals related to HVAC work. Required Skills: Educational Background: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.
