Job Description

HUMAN RESOURSE

Managing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and on boarding to off boarding—and ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and fosters a positive work environment. HR professionals act as a strategic link between management and employees.

· Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: This includes job analysis, creating job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and issuing offer letters.

· Onboarding and Orientation: HR ensures new hires have a smooth transition into the company culture and systems, which involves collecting necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and explaining policies and benefits.

  • Compensation and Benefits Management: This function involves managing payroll, administering benefits (such as health insurance and retirement plans), conducting salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, and handling leave records.
  • Employee Relations and Support: HR serves as a point of contact for employee queries, resolves workplace conflicts, manages grievances and disciplinary actions, and generally works to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Training and Development: Identifying skill gaps, designing and implementing training programs (e.g., leadership, compliance, technical skills), and supporting career advancement are key parts of the role.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: HR is responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. This also involves meticulous documentation and maintenance of confidential employee records.
  • Administration: HR is responsible for keeping things ready for employee like dairy, stationery, tshirts, calendars, bags etc.
  • Performance Management: This includes overseeing performance appraisal systems, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaching managers on providing effective feedback to foster a high-performance culture.

Essential skills for an HR professional include:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

· Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).

· High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
