About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations (Payroll & Compliance) – 2+ Years

• Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary sheets
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
• Prepare and file statutory returns and documentation
• Liaison with external auditors or agencies as needed
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases

HR Recruitment – 1+ Year

• Understand hiring requirements and JD formulation
• Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Support onboarding and induction process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
• Sound knowledge of HRMS, payroll software & MS Excel
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
