We are looking for candidates with an MBA in HR or a graduate degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. You should have experience in resolving employee queries, recruitment, and working on different portals for sourcing talent. We value out-of-the-box thinkers with strong convincing and counseling skills. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business goals, managing employee relations, overseeing the recruitment process, and supporting the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, assessing training needs, and ensuring legal compliance. This role is based in Mumbai with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, with Sundays off. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is preferred.
