*About the Role:*

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR to support our Human Resources department. The fresher will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and documentation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Support the onboarding process of new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with attendance tracking and basic payroll support.

Help in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Support HR operations as needed.

*Skills & Qualifications:*

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR functions.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
