Job Title: HR Intern (Unpaid – 3 Months) → Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance Location: Sitapura IT Park Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship) Potential to Convert: Full-Time HR Associate (Paid) Start Date: Immediate Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The internship will last 3 months , during which performance will be closely evaluated. Successful interns will be offered a full-time paid HR Associate position at the end of the program. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Support onboarding processes and documentation Maintain and update HR databases and records Assist with employee engagement initiatives Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks Help organize internal HR-related events or training sessions Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team What You’ll Gain Real-world HR experience in a professional environment Exposure to end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations Mentorship and learning opportunities with HR professionals A potential full-time paid HR role based on your performance and learning agility Important Notes This is an unpaid internship for the first 3 months Upon successful completion and performance evaluation, you may be offered a full-time paid role Show more Show less
