Human Resources Unpaid internship

As an HR Intern at our company located in Sitapura IT Park, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your primary responsibility will include assisting in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining HR databases, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Throughout the 3-month unpaid internship, your performance will be evaluated closely. Successful interns will have the chance to transition into a full-time paid HR Associate position at the conclusion of the program. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or be currently pursuing one. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are also required.
