Position: Electrical BIM Modeler Company: BIMQP Location: Jaipur Experience: 1-5 years Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and related BIM tools. Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into multidisciplinary models. Prepare and update layout drawings, schematics, and electrical detailing based on project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts using clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks). Ensure all models comply with project standards, client specifications, and BIM execution plans. Support the BIM team in model audits, quality checks, and documentation workflows. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 15 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler, preferably in the building services domain. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Understanding of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
