Position: Electrical BIM Modeler Company: BIMQP Location: Jaipur Experience: 1-5 years Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and related BIM tools. Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into multidisciplinary models. Prepare and update layout drawings, schematics, and electrical detailing based on project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts using clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks). Ensure all models comply with project standards, client specifications, and BIM execution plans. Support the BIM team in model audits, quality checks, and documentation workflows. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 15 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler, preferably in the building services domain. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Understanding of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Additional Policy Client-Facing Role This position is client-facing and involves a high degree of responsibility and trust. As part of company policy and to ensure commitment and accountability, selected candidates will be required to choose one of the following two options as a form of professional security: Option 1: Submit any two original academic documents , such as: 12th grade mark sheet Graduation mark sheet Option 2: Submit undated salary cheque equivalent to two months salary to the company.
