Job Summary The AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our organization who possess strong Revit skills. Junior Architects should have 0-1 year of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/ engineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate in the final QA/QC process on international projects. Essential Duties/ Role and Responsibilities Drawing Production: Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owners expectations (Internal and external). Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods. Quality Assurance Able to follow companys internal SoPs, client specific Revit/ BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction documents. Team Working: Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols. Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries. Expertise: Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures. Basic understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site. Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses. Good written and spoken English is required. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Architecture is mandatory with a minimum 0-1 year of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems (lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, etc.) using Revit. Prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schedules from the BIM model. Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, project standards, and client requirements. Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and coordination issues. Update models as per design changes and maintain model integrity throughout project stages. Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using Revit. Support BIM Coordinators/Managers in implementing project workflows and quality checks. Stay updated with BIM standards, software advancements, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. 25 years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling (international projects preferred). Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP). Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels, and project documentation. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills.
