Human Resources Unpaid internship

Role Overview: You will be joining our Human Resources team as an HR Intern at Sitapura IT Park for a 3-month unpaid internship. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Your performance during the internship will determine your potential to be converted into a full-time paid HR Associate at the end of the program. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Support onboarding processes and documentation - Maintain and update HR databases and records - Assist with employee engagement initiatives - Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks - Help organize internal HR-related events or training sessions - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - High attention to detail and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Details: The internship is unpaid for the initial 3 months.
