Human Resources Trainee

Are you passionate about people, culture, and talent management Schbang is looking for an HR Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Schbang is a full-service creative and technology agency delivering integrated brand solutions across digital marketing, media, content, design, and tech. Our HR team plays a key role in building a strong, dynamic, and thriving work culture. As an HR Trainee at Schbang, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will assist in employer branding and engagement initiatives to create an awesome workplace. Managing HR documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate learning & development programs to enhance employee growth and work closely with the HR team on strategic people initiatives. We are looking for freshers or individuals with 6 months to 1 year of internship or trainee experience in HR, preferably from an advertising or digital agency background. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A passion for talent acquisition, culture building, and employee engagement is highly desired.
