Internship Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the core team and understand real-time HR practices in a fast-paced digital company. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media Screen resumes and coordinate initial rounds of interviews Maintain candidate database and update HR records regularly Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Support onboarding process for new interns/employees Help plan and execute employee engagement activities Work with HR Manager on internal documentation and process flow Learn and support day-to-day HR operational tasks Requirements Pursuing or completed a degree in HR / Business Management / related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of hiring processes and HR tools (preferred) Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain Show more Show less
