Role Description

As an HR Intern at Metrovis, you’ll get to be at the heart of our team-building process. You’ll assist in recruiting and onboarding interns across different departments, help screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates to keep things running smoothly. You'll also be maintaining organized records and keeping our recruitment data up to date. Beyond hiring, you’ll work on creative ways to keep our team engaged and motivated, while collaborating with leadership to understand where we need talent. It's a hands-on role that gives you real insight into how people and culture shape a growing startup.

Qualifications

• You should be in at least your second year of a Bachelor's degree (any stream works as long as you're excited about HR).
• You’re someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys working with people.
• You have a genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or just understanding how teams are built and managed.
• You’re comfortable juggling a few tasks at once and can work independently without needing someone to constantly check in.
• If you’ve used LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or Excel before—that’s great!
• Most importantly, you’re passionate about startups, curious about how they grow, and excited to help build something meaningful from scratch.
