Job Description

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and team-building events to cultivate a sense of community among employees. - Conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analytics to evaluate employee satisfaction and drive data-driven decisions. - Cultivating a culture of positivity, recognition, and transparent communication to establish a conducive work environment. In addition to the above, your role will also involve: - Designing and disseminating internal newsletters, HR updates, and company announcements to facilitate effective internal communication. - Promoting awareness of organizational values, HR policies, and development programs to align employees with the company's goals. - Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees across all levels and proactively addressing grievances in partnership with HR leadership. - Coordinating employee appreciation initiatives such as Employee of the Month, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and other recognition events. - Identifying high-potential employees for development and retention efforts to nurture talent within the organization. - Organizing healthcare-specific initiatives like CME sessions, medical awareness days, and well-being programs tailored for clinical staff. - Tailoring engagement initiatives to accommodate shift duties and clinical work schedules to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. - Managing data pertaining to employee engagement, feedback reports, and dashboards to offer actionable insights to the management. - Presenting monthly/quarterly reports to the management with valuable insights derived from the collected data.
