Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Siliguri. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and managing employee benefits. The role includes ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, maintaining personnel records, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and HR Management
• Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits programs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
• An understanding of local labor laws is an advantage
