RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.​
• Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.​
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.​
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.​

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.​
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.​
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.​

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior.
• Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors.​
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.​
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.​

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.​
