Role Description – Human Resources & Operations Specialist

full-time, on-site Human Resources & Operations Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible for a broad range of activities including:

  • Human Resources Management

    : Develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    : Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

    : Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and support performance improvement and professional development.
  • Accounting & Payroll Administration

    : Oversee payroll processing, track attendance, manage reimbursements, and support budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Operations & Administration

    : Support day-to-day operational requirements, vendor coordination, and assist management in strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in

    Human Resources Management and Policy Implementation

  • Strong knowledge of hiring, workforce planning, payroll, and basic accounting practices

  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration and labor law compliance

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities with high levels of accuracy and discretion

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

    (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience with

    HRIS, accounting software, and project management tools

    will be an advantage
