Key Responsibilities

• HRMS Management

  : Proficient in

  SPINE HRMS

  for accurate payroll processing and data management

• Payroll & Compliance

  : Handle end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, and related documentation

• Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  : Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and coordinate employee engagement activities at plant locations

• Performance Management Support

  : Assist in implementing basic Performance Management Systems

• HR Operations

  : Manage day-to-day HR activities and provide operational support to plant-level teams

• Field HR Support

  : Independently manage HR-related activities at manufacturing plants, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and practices

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on, confident, and proactive professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly to multiple plant locations
• Prior experience in manufacturing or plant-based HR operations is preferred
