Role Description

Human Resources Relationship Manager

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, is confident on calls, and wants flexible global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with shortlisted candidates via calls, video meetings, and emails.
2. Explain role details, project scope, expectations, and engagement model.
3. Discuss rates, negotiate when needed, and capture final confirmations.
4. Address candidate queries clearly and professionally.
5. Coordinate with the Sourcing Manager for updates, follow-ups, and next steps.
6. Maintain proper communication logs and scheduling.
7. Work across different timezone depending on requirement.

Requirements

• Strong spoken

  English communication

  skills.
• Confident in handling calls and professional conversations.
• Ability to work in flexible time zones (India / US / UK).
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and basic productivity tools.
