Role Overview:

HR Recruiting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Regular hiring for roles including (but not limited to):
• Sales (lead generators, email marketers)
• Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, performance marketers)
• Creative roles (graphic designers, video editors, content creators)
• Strong sourcing abilities via

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  ,

  Naukri

  , Telegram groups, and other platforms
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and maintain hiring trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and prioritize hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  

Requirements:

• 2+ year of hands-on experience

  in recruitment, preferably in a digital marketing startup environment
• Proven success in hiring for

  sales and creative positions

• Experience using

  LinkedIn and Naukri

  for candidate sourcing and hiring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
