Position: HR Manager (Remote – U.S. HR Operations)

About the Role:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HR functions in alignment with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Handle employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with leadership to manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Ensure accurate HR records and compliance reporting.
• Manage HRIS and related systems for efficient data management.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience

  as an HR Manager or similar role for a

  U.S.-based company

  (minimum 5 years preferred).

• In-depth knowledge

  of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements for U.S. employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Availability to work during

  U.S. Eastern Time hours (4 PM – 12 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or similar HR certification.
• Experience with HRIS systems and remote teams.
