Human Resources Manager

• Handling the Hiring, Onboarding, Reviewing, Appraisal, Relieving and other human resource practices of an organisation.
• Ability to find new team members and fill vacate positions on time, by liaising with various methods for recuritment.
• Ability to manage human resources of the organisation in the form of management policies in work culture, team welfare & work ethics and review the above based on the reports & structure available at management disposal.
• Ability to bring in innovative ideas & best practices regarding the Human resource culture in an organisation as per management Vision & Mission.
• Ability to nurture and motivate the team members and bring the best out them in their work life.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,203.49 - ₹17,000.00 per month
