Job Description

As an HR Manager, your role will involve recruiting, screening, and onboarding sales executives and managers. You will work closely with sales leadership to forecast hiring needs and design onboarding and induction programs. Your responsibilities will also include creating sales training and skill development initiatives, developing incentive & commission structures, and driving performance management and appraisal cycles. Additionally, you will track sales KPIs, align HR policies with business goals, handle employee engagement, motivation, and retention, and resolve grievances while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. You will be in charge of maintaining HR dashboards (attrition, hiring, performance) and supporting succession planning and leadership pipeline. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a sales-driven organization. You should possess strong recruitment and performance management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to thrive in target-driven environments.,
