Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end hiring for domestic and international sales roles.
• Partner with sales leaders to plan manpower across regions.
• Manage onboarding and orientation across geographies.
• Ensure timely closures of senior and mid-level sales positions.
• Align hiring strategies with local market needs and compliance.
• Coordinate with global HR teams for international hiring processes.
• Track performance and support appraisal cycles for sales teams.
• Lead retention initiatives for both domestic and overseas staff.
• Handle escalations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
• Support incentive, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in all regions.
