Human Resources Manager Sales

As a part of the sales team, your role involves recruiting, screening, and onboarding sales executives and managers. You will collaborate with sales leadership to anticipate hiring needs and create onboarding and induction programs. Your responsibility will also include designing sales training programs and skill development initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and manage incentive and commission structures, drive performance management processes, and align HR policies with business objectives. Tracking sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining HR dashboards will be integral to your duties. Employee engagement, motivation, retention, grievance resolution, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies are also crucial aspects of your role. - Recruit, screen, and onboard sales executives and managers. - Partner with sales leadership to forecast hiring needs. - Design and implement onboarding and induction programs. - Create sales training and skill development initiatives. - Develop and manage incentive & commission structures. - Drive performance management and appraisal cycles. - Track sales KPIs and align HR policies with business goals. - Handle employee engagement, motivation, and retention. - Resolve grievances and manage employee relations. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. - Maintain HR dashboards (attrition, hiring, performance). - Support succession planning and leadership pipeline. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a sales-driven organization. Strong recruitment and performance management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to thrive in target-driven environments are essential requirements for this role.,
