Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR policies and strategies to foster a positive organizational culture and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and HR Compliance
• Proficiency in HR Policies and Strategies development
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
