Job Description

About Us:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimise
paid campaigns
across platforms such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
to generate high-quality leads.
Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
Oversee the complete
digital marketing gamut
, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on
lead generation through paid campaigns
.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Prior experience in generating leads for the
real estate industry
will be a significant plus.

Compensation:

Salary up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).
