About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle.
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:

    In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
