Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pathanamthitta. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment, developing HR strategies, implementing performance management programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
