Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, and maintaining workplace safety standards. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with overseas partners, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
