Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at our company located in Verna, Goa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end HR operations, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. - Driving training and development programs to foster employee skills and growth. - Ensuring strict adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations. - Collaborating with leadership and teams to bolster workplace culture. - Managing policies, frameworks, and processes to align with organizational goals. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance. - Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. - Proficiency in training & development and handling compliance matters. - Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams. - Experience in the education industry would be advantageous. - MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) are mandatory requirements.
