Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Career Counsellor based in Kochi. The Overseas Career Counsellor will be responsible for providing career counseling and development services to healthcare professionals seeking overseas employment. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their career goals, offering guidance on career paths, assisting with the application process, and ensuring a smooth transition. The counselor will also be involved in conducting assessments, providing feedback, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Career Development skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills for assessing client needs and goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Experience in the healthcare recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
