Human Resources Manager

Role Overview: As a General Manager (GM) of Administration & HR at Jalan Infrastructure LLP, you will be utilizing your 15 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years in a GM or similar role. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate various functions related to HR and Administration within the office. This involves integrating and aligning administrative, finance, sales and marketing, site coordination, vendor management, liaising, and PR activities with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and implement policies and best practices to support the achievement of objectives and required standards. - Manage project and site operations, ensuring timely execution and effective people management strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in Administration and HR, with at least 3 years in a GM or similar role. - MBA/PG in any subject. - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and strong leadership qualities. - Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
