Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting interviews, managing performance appraisals, overseeing employee onboarding, and handling employee grievances. The manager will also work on employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Laws
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Employee Engagement Strategies
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the furniture or production industry is a plus
