Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at our Meerut location. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) are a plus
