Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate at Godwin Hotels and Resorts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Operating in prime locations in India, including Meerut, Haridwar, and Goa, our hotels offer a serene and comfortable environment with world-class amenities such as concierge services, parking, restaurants, wi-fi, gyms, gardens, and spas. In this full-time, on-site role based in Uttarakhand, India, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and providing valuable information about the hotel and local attractions. Your exceptional customer service and communication skills will be key in delivering a remarkable stay for our guests. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of hotel management software and basic computer skills are essential, as you will be required to coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
