Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttarakhand, India for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in handling front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of hotel management software and basic computer skills Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with various departments Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management or related fields are advantageous
